Founded in 2024, Juan serves as the CEO of his family’s ranch operation, Cebadilla Ranch. The ranch currently runs as a stocker operation on the bluff of the Mississippi Delta in Senatobia, Mississippi. Through the ranch, Juan is committed to strengthening and supporting other small and local producers to start, expand, and maintain their operations. Juan and the family hope to expand their operation in the years to come and transition to a rotational, cow-calf operation.
