For over 3 years, Juan has served as a Program Associate for the Wallace Center at Winrock International. During this time, he has supported the development, implementation, and management of various public- and privately funded domestic agricultural projects that help farmers strengthen their operations and resilience across the U.S. One of his most memorable projects has been working with various Mississippi-based farmer organizations that are supporting farmers in implementing water and habitat quality improvements across the state of Mississippi. Juan’s professional skills include: re-granting management, federal project implementation, facilitation, and budget management.
